Modular homes are prewired and our professionals will make all electrical connections to be safe and secure.

Once the modules arrive, we take care of connecting all the electric system, that includes:

Ranges and Dryers

And we will arrange for electrical inspections to comply with national, regional and local building codes.





House insulation, based on our unique wall assembly system and low U values, guarantees seasonal comfort.

The houses will be insulated with the following U-values:

EN 1090-1 is the harmonized standard in the framework of the implementation of the Council Directive 89/106/EEC introducing the mandatory CE mark of structural components. This harmonized standard applies to the design and manufacturing of components and structures made of steel and aluminum for the execution of structures.

Compliance with this standard must be met by July 1st 2012 in order to affix the CE mark on products, required to commercialize (buy/sell/install) structural metallic components used in the execution of structures in the European Economic Area. (European Commission Communication 2010/C 344/01).

ISO 9001 is the title of a document (Standard) that outlines the requirements an organization must maintain in their quality system for ISO 9001 certification.


A quality management system (QMS) is a set of policies, processes and procedures required for planning and execution (production / development / service) in the core business area of an organization. (i.e. areas that can impact the organization’s ability to meet customer requirements.) ISO 9001:2008 is an example of a Quality Management System.
